I’m Christi Jernegan—psychic medium, generational healer, intuition development coach, speaker, best-selling author, facilitator and creator of The Inner Yes Method™.
Those titles probably aren't what you would expect to find sitting beside my previous career in criminal justice.
But that's the point.
My life has never fit neatly into one box.
And eventually, I stopped trying to make it.
Before this work became my work, I was a professional investigator.
I worked in criminal justice as a private investigator, probation and parole officer and pretrial investigator. My education is in criminal justice with a specialization in criminal investigations.
I was trained to ask questions.
To listen for what wasn't being said.
To notice inconsistencies.
To look beyond the first explanation.
To follow patterns.
And to understand that what appears on the surface is rarely the whole story.
Turns out, I never really stopped investigating.
I just changed what I was looking for.

I became increasingly interested in a different kind of investigation.
Why does an intelligent, capable woman know exactly what she should do and still find herself doing something else?
Why can she recognize a pattern, explain where it came from and repeat it anyway?
Why can she trust herself completely in one area of her life and surrender her authority in another?
Why can she feel a no before she says yes?
Why does someone else's disappointment sometimes carry more weight than her own knowing?
And perhaps the question underneath all of them:
That question became impossible for me to ignore. Not just professionally.
Personally.
For a long time, there were pieces of me that seemed easier to explain separately.
The investigator.
The psychic medium.
The teacher.
The woman interested in evidence.
The woman deeply connected to intuition.
The professional.
The spiritual.
The strong woman.
The softer woman.
The woman capable of holding sacred space.
And the woman perfectly capable of saying, That’s bullshit.
There is tremendous pressure—especially for women—to choose the version of ourselves other people find easiest to understand.
Pick a lane.
Make yourself coherent.
Be spiritual, but not too strange.
Be powerful, but still pleasant.
Be intuitive, but don't make people uncomfortable.
Be knowledgeable, but don't be intimidating.
Be feminine, but in the correct way.
Be yourself—as long as yourself remains recognizable to everyone who knew the old version.
Eventually, I became much less interested in being easily explained.
And much more interested in being whole.

The Siren isn't a character I put on for social media.
She isn't an aesthetic.
She isn't about seduction.
And she certainly isn't another feminine archetype women need to learn how to perform correctly.
The Siren is the woman who belongs to herself.
For me, embodying her meant allowing parts of myself I had once compartmentalized to exist together.
Evidence and mystery.Intellect and intuition.
Strength and softness.
Discernment and desire.
The investigator and the medium.
I stopped asking which version of me was the acceptable one.
I let them all sit at the same table.
And something became very clear:
This wasn't only my story. I kept meeting women who had become extraordinarily skilled at editing themselves.
Women who knew how to succeed.
How to care for people.
How to anticipate needs.
How to hold everything together.
How to become whatever the room required.
And somewhere underneath all that competence was a woman asking:
But what do I want?
That is the woman my work speaks to now.
This matters deeply to me. I am a psychic medium.I have intuitive gifts. And I work with women who are often looking for clarity. That creates responsibility. Because it would be very easy to build a business around becoming the person who always has the answer.
I don't want that job.
My intuition may enter our work.
My experience will enter our work.
My questions definitely will.
But I don't want you leaving our work believing Christi knows you better than you know yourself.
I want you becoming more discerning about your own knowing.
More capable of recognizing when fear is speaking.
When an old role has taken over.
When obligation is masquerading as desire.
When someone else's reaction has suddenly become an instruction.
And when something underneath all of that noise has been trying to get your attention.
I’m not here to become the loudest voice in your life.
I’m here to help you stop needing one.

I don't believe honoring intuition requires abandoning critical thinking.
And I don't believe respecting science requires pretending every meaningful human experience can currently be measured.
My work is informed by my continued exploration of generational patterns, nervous-system responses, somatic practices, formative experiences and how repeated learning can influence the way we move through the world.
My work also includes intuition, mediumship and metaphysical practice.
I refuse to make either one impersonate the other to make my work sound more impressive.
When research supports something, I want to know what it actually says. When something belongs to spiritual practice, belief or lived experience, I'm comfortable naming it that way. When we don't know, we don't know.
Curiosity doesn't require gullibility.
Intuition doesn't require abandoning discernment.
And mystery doesn't become less meaningful simply because we refuse to manufacture certainty around it.
That intersection is where I work.
After years of learning, practicing, teaching, facilitating and observing patterns—in others and in myself—I needed a way to articulate what I kept seeing.
That became
The Inner Yes Method™.REMEMBER. REGULATE. RELEASE. REWIRE. RADIATE.
Five phases for examining what has been shaping you, creating enough internal space to hear yourself, questioning what you no longer want to carry, practicing another response and bringing what you know into your actual life.
Not because I believe five words can explain the complexity of being human. Because a framework gives us somewhere to begin when everything feels tangled together.
[EXPLORE THE INNER YES METHOD™]

I believe training matters. Experience matters.Scope matters. Integrity matters.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, earned Summa Cum Laude, with a specialization in Criminal Investigations.
My professional background includes work as a Private Investigator, Probation & Parole Officer and Pretrial Investigator.
My work today also draws from training and experience in areas including: Psychic mediumship and intuitive work Intuition development Meditation instruction Breathwork facilitation Somatic reprocessing practices Teaching and group facilitation Generational pattern exploration
I am also a best-selling author, speaker and internationally acclaimed psychic medium, with clients who have sought my work from outside the United States.
But a list of credentials can only tell you what I've studied or done. It cannot tell you how I will sit with you when something gets uncomfortable.
It cannot tell you whether I will challenge you when I see you negotiating against yourself.
It cannot tell you whether I know the difference between supporting a woman and making her dependent on me.
Those things are revealed in the work.
[OPTIONAL: CREDENTIAL / BOOK / SPEAKING / MEDIA VISUALS]
I believe someone else's reaction is information.
It is not instruction.
I believe understanding where a pattern came from can give you context without giving that pattern permanent authority.
I believe intuition deserves discernment.
I believe boundaries don't require unanimous approval.
I believe being compassionate and being compliant are not the same thing.
I believe a woman can love people deeply without continually abandoning herself to keep them comfortable.
I believe spiritual work should bring you more fully into your actual life—not give you somewhere to escape from it.
I believe knowing why you do something and changing your relationship with it are two different stages of the work.
I believe fear doesn't always mean stop.
I believe discomfort doesn't automatically mean something has gone wrong.
And I believe there comes a point when you have gathered enough information about yourself.
Eventually, you have to live what you know.
You didn't come to this page because you needed my résumé.
Something brought you here.
Maybe you're beginning to recognize how often you negotiate against yourself.
Maybe you've done years of personal or spiritual development and can't understand why one particular pattern still owns the room.
Maybe something in your life no longer fits.
Maybe you know exactly what it is and haven't been willing to say it out loud.
Or maybe you don't have language for any of it yet.
You just know something has been calling.
I'm not going to tell you what your answer should be.
But if you're ready to stop pretending you can't hear the question—we have somewhere to begin.
The Siren’s Call is where I recommend you start.
