And still freeze the moment your own knowing asks you to trust something you can't immediately prove.

Because knowing about intuition and developing a relationship with your own are two very different things.

You don't get extra credit for seeing purple during a meditation.

You don't fail because everyone else felt something and you didn't.

And you don't need to turn every coincidence, body sensation or intrusive thought into a message from the Universe.

Part of developing intuition is learning to pay attention.

Part of it is becoming curious about what you're noticing.

And part of it is developing enough discernment to say:

I don't know what that was yet.

That's allowed here.

In fact, I think it's important.

re familiar with your own.

My Intuition Development Circle is an experiential space for people who want to explore and strengthen their intuitive abilities in community.

We practice.

We experiment.

We notice.

We talk about what happened—and sometimes what didn't.

Depending on the circle, we may work with exercises involving intuitive perception, energetic awareness, symbolism, psychometry, mediumship, internal sensing, meditation or other forms of intuitive exploration.

You don't need prior experience.

And you don't need to arrive already believing you're “gifted.”

Curiosity is enough to begin.

Each circle is different, but the emphasis remains the same:

Practical intuitive exercises.

Opportunities to practice with other participants.

Conversation around discernment and interpretation.

Space to ask questions.

Exploration without pressure to perform.

And an environment where “I didn't get anything” is a perfectly acceptable answer.

Because sometimes learning what your intuition feels like also requires learning what it doesn't feel like.

My Mediumship Circle is a practice space for people who want to explore and develop their connection with spirit.

This isn't about performing for the room.

And it isn't about getting every detail “right.”

It's about learning how information presents itself to you, practicing how to communicate what you're receiving and beginning to recognize the difference between an intuitive impression, your own thoughts, interpretation and the desire to make something fit.

Depending on the circle, we may explore practices involving spirit communication, evidential information, symbols, images, sensations, memories, personality characteristics and the different ways mediumistic information may enter your awareness.

You don't need to arrive as a practicing medium.

You don't need dramatic experiences with spirit.

And you certainly don't need to convince me—or anyone else in the room—that you have a gift.

You need curiosity, willingness to practice and permission to not know yet.

The emphasis is on development rather than performance.

We may practice giving and receiving mediumistic information.

Explore how you personally experience communication.

Work with exercises designed to strengthen awareness and discernment.

Talk about ethics, boundaries and responsibility in mediumship.

Practice communicating information without forcing it to fit.

And examine what happens when what you receive isn't immediately clear.

Because one of the most important things I can teach a developing medium is this:

You are allowed to say, “I don't know.”

That's not failure.

That's integrity.
