The Method

THE INNER YES METHOD™

You can understand the pattern and still keep repeating it.

You know why you people-please.

You know where the fear came from.

You know you should have better boundaries.

You know you need to trust yourself.

You may even know exactly what you would tell another woman standing in your shoes.

And then the moment comes—and you do the old thing anyway.

That’s the gap I’m interested in.

Not the gap between being broken and being healed.

The gap between what you intellectually understand and what you actually do when the pattern gets activated.

The Inner Yes Method™ is the five-phase methodology I created to work inside that gap.

REMEMBER → REGULATE → RELEASE → REWIRE → RADIATE

[EXPLORE THE FIVE PHASES]

KNOWING BETTER ISN’T THE SAME AS HAVING ACCESS TO A DIFFERENT RESPONSE.

There’s a reason insight alone doesn’t always change behavior.

We are shaped by more than the conclusions we consciously make today.

Family dynamics.

Early experiences.

Repeated messages.

Relationships.

Cultural expectations.

Roles we learned to occupy.

Experiences that taught us what brought connection, conflict, approval, rejection or safety.

Over time, responses can become practiced enough that they feel automatic.

So you can consciously believe:

“I’m allowed to say no.”

…and still feel your entire system revolt when someone is disappointed by your no.

You can believe:

“I deserve to take up space.”

…and immediately make yourself smaller when someone reacts to you taking it.

You can say:

“I trust my intuition.”

…and abandon what you know the second someone you love disagrees.

That doesn’t mean the work you’ve already done failed.

It means awareness and embodiment are not the same thing.

The Inner Yes Method™ is designed to bring them closer together.

AND NO—I’M NOT GOING TO TELL YOU TO “JUST TRUST YOUR GUT.”

Intuition deserves more discernment than that.

Fear can be loud.

Conditioning can be familiar.

An old protective response can feel urgent.

Something being familiar can feel safer simply because you know it.

And intuition can arrive without giving you a twenty-page argument explaining itself.

When all of those voices are speaking at once, trust yourself can become frustrating advice.

Which self?

The part protecting you?

The part performing?

The part trying not to disappoint anyone?

The part repeating something familiar?

Or the quieter part underneath all of it that knows something has changed?

My work isn’t about teaching you to obey every sensation.

It’s about developing a more discerning relationship with yourself.

That is your Inner Yes.

WHAT IS THE INNER YES?

Your Inner Yes isn’t simply saying yes.

And it certainly doesn’t mean every decision should feel comfortable.

Your Inner Yes is the place from which you can begin making choices that are increasingly congruent with what you know, value, need and want—rather than automatically defaulting to fear, inherited expectations, old roles or someone else’s approval.

Sometimes your Inner Yes says:

Yes.

Sometimes it says:

No.

Sometimes it says:

Not yet.

Sometimes it says:

I need more information.

And sometimes it says:

I know this is going to disappoint someone. My answer is still the same.

The goal isn’t certainty.

The goal is discernment.

And discernment is something we practice.

THE FIVE PHASES

01 — REMEMBER

You can’t question a pattern you haven’t recognized.

Remember is where we look underneath the current problem.

What keeps repeating?

What role do you automatically occupy?

What have you learned about being good, safe, successful, lovable, spiritual, feminine, strong or worthy?

What expectations have become so familiar that you stopped recognizing them as expectations?

This isn’t about digging through your past looking for someone to blame.

It’s about finding the pattern that keeps showing up in your present.

We make the invisible visible.

Because once you can see what has been influencing the decision, you have something to work with.

REMEMBER: See what has been shaping you.

02 — REGULATE

You cannot discern clearly while every alarm in the building is going off.

Knowing a boundary is appropriate doesn’t necessarily make setting it comfortable.

Knowing you want something doesn’t automatically make pursuing it feel safe.

Knowing an old pattern no longer serves you doesn’t mean your body immediately agrees.

So we stop treating the body like an inconvenience we need to overpower.

Through nervous-system awareness, somatic practices, breath and other grounding tools within my scope of practice, we create opportunities to notice what is happening internally without immediately obeying or suppressing it.

The goal isn’t to eliminate discomfort.

The goal is to become less controlled by your need to escape it.

Because sometimes the thing standing between you and your Inner Yes isn’t a lack of knowing.

It’s your tolerance for what happens when you honor it.

REGULATE: Create enough internal space to hear yourself.

03 — RELEASE

Not everything you carry deserves permanent residency.

Some beliefs were handed to you.

Some roles were rewarded.

Some responsibilities became yours because you were the one capable enough to carry them.

Some expectations may have been present for so long that questioning them feels like betrayal.

Release is where we begin asking:

Is this actually mine?

Does this belief still belong in my life?

Is this responsibility genuinely mine?

Am I honoring a value—or obeying an old role?

What am I afraid would happen if I stopped carrying this?

Release doesn’t require rejecting your family, your history or every version of yourself that came before.

It means history gets context. It doesn’t automatically get authority.

RELEASE: Question what you no longer consent to carry.

04 — REWIRE

Insight has to survive contact with Tuesday afternoon.

This is where the work gets real.

Because recognizing the pattern during a workshop is one thing.

Responding differently when the text arrives is another.

When someone pushes against the boundary.

When guilt appears.

When you’re tempted to explain yourself into exhaustion.

When the old relationship dynamic presents exactly the same invitation it always has.

Rewire is practice.

New language.

New responses.

New decisions.

New boundaries.

New evidence.

Not because we erase everything that came before.

Because we stop allowing familiarity to make the decision automatically.

Every time you notice the pattern and create space for a different response, you are practicing another way of relating to yourself.

REWIRE: Practice what you want to become available for.

05 — RADIATE

If the work never leaves the journal, it isn’t finished.

Radiate is embodiment.

This is where what you’ve been practicing begins showing up in how you actually live.

Your relationships.

Your work.

Your creativity.

Your boundaries.

Your intuition.

Your voice.

Your decisions.

The opportunities you accept.

The things you stop tolerating.

The rooms you allow yourself to enter.

And the ones you finally allow yourself to leave.

Radiate does not mean you become fearless.

It does not mean you never repeat an old pattern.

And it certainly doesn’t mean you graduate into some perfectly healed version of yourself.

It means you become increasingly able to recognize when you’re leaving yourself—and increasingly practiced at coming back.

RADIATE: Live what you know.

THE METHOD ISN’T A LADDER.

You don’t finish one R and graduate to the next forever.

Real life is messier than that.

You might Radiate beautifully in one area of your life and suddenly discover something in another that sends you straight back to Remember.

Good.

That isn’t failure.

That’s information.

The five phases give us somewhere to locate ourselves:

What am I seeing?

What is happening inside me?

What am I carrying?

What am I practicing?

What am I living?

Then we work from there.

The goal isn’t to complete The Inner Yes Method™.

The goal is to become increasingly capable of using it without abandoning yourself every time life gets uncomfortable.

WHERE SCIENCE MEETS METAPHYSICS

I refuse to pretend we have to choose one.

My work exists at an intersection.

I’m interested in what psychology, nervous-system research, learning, attachment and emerging research into intergenerational influences can responsibly tell us about human patterns.

I’m also a psychic medium.

I work with intuition.

I believe there are parts of human experience that I do not need to force into scientific language in order to take them seriously.

One does not have to impersonate the other for both to have a seat at my table.

So when there is research, I want to know what the research actually supports.

When something belongs to spiritual practice, lived experience or belief, I’m comfortable saying so.

And when we don’t know?

We don’t manufacture certainty to make the story prettier.

That intersection—curiosity without gullibility, intuition without abandoning discernment—is fundamental to The Inner Yes Method™.

THIS ISN’T ABOUT BECOMING SOMEONE NEW.

There’s enough messaging in the world telling women who they should become.

More confident.

More feminine.

More magnetic.

More healed.

More successful.

More spiritual.

More desirable.

More evolved.

I’m not interested in adding another performance requirement to the pile.

The Inner Yes Method™ asks a different question:

What becomes possible when you stop automatically abandoning yourself?

Not when you become fearless.

Not when everyone understands.

Not when you have absolute certainty.

When you can hear yourself, discern what is yours and increasingly stand behind what you choose.

That is the work.

And the woman who learns to do that?

I call her the Siren.

READY TO EXPERIENCE THE METHOD?

Don’t just read about it.

The Siren’s Call is the entry point into my work.

During this live experience, we begin examining the patterns between what you know and what you actually choose—and I introduce you to the thinking underneath The Inner Yes Method™.

If something on this page made you recognize yourself, that’s where I’d start.
