There is a moment before you second-guess yourself.
Before you ask someone else what they think.
Before you explain away the feeling.
Before you decide you’re being too sensitive, too demanding, too selfish, too emotional or too much.
There is a moment when you know.
The Siren’s Call is a live 90-minute experience for women ready to look at what happens between that moment of knowing…
and the moment they abandon it.

You need to see where you’re still asking for it.
Maybe it happens when you set a boundary—and immediately start explaining why it’s reasonable.
When your body says no, but your mouth says, “Sure.”
When you know a relationship, role or expectation no longer fits, but you keep waiting for enough evidence to justify leaving it behind.
When you make a decision and then poll everyone you trust to find out whether you’re allowed to trust yourself.
Or when you hear your intuition clearly…
and immediately put it on trial.
That space between knowing and overriding yourself is where we’re going.
Because you can spend years learning to “trust your intuition” without ever examining what taught you to distrust yourself in the first place.
The agreeable one.
The useful one.
The responsible one.
The woman who could handle it.
The woman who didn’t make things difficult.
The woman who knew how to read everyone else in the room before she ever checked in with herself.
And when you practice being that woman long enough, something happens.
You stop recognizing where the performance ends and you begin.
So when something inside you finally says:
No.
Enough.
I want something different.
This doesn’t fit anymore.
You don’t necessarily follow it.
You negotiate.
You explain.
You minimize.
You gather opinions.
You wait for certainty.
You make a case against yourself.
And then you call it confusion.
What if the problem isn’t that you can’t hear yourself?
What if you’ve simply become exceptionally practiced at overriding what you hear?
That distinction changes everything.
Because I’m not interested in teaching you to become louder than everyone around you.
I’m interested in helping you recognize who currently has voting rights inside your decisions.
Fear?
Family expectations?
Old roles?
Guilt?
The need to be liked?
The need to be needed?
The fear of disappointing someone?
The version of you everyone else has grown comfortable receiving?
Someone else’s reaction is information.
The Siren isn’t a woman who doesn’t care about anyone else.
She isn’t reckless.
She isn’t selfish.
She isn’t a performance of feminine power.
She is a woman who belongs to herself.
She can hear someone else’s opinion without automatically making it more authoritative than her own knowing.
She can set a boundary without requiring unanimous approval.
She can disappoint someone without immediately deciding she has done something wrong.
She can change.
She can want more.
She can say no.
She can say yes.
And she can stop submitting every desire, decision and boundary to an invisible committee for review.
The Siren’s Call is the moment you begin hearing the difference between who you learned to be and who has been underneath her all along.

We’re going underneath that.
During The Siren’s Call, we’ll explore:
THE PATTERN
How self-editing, people-pleasing, inherited expectations and old roles can become so familiar that they begin feeling like personality.
THE NOISE
Why fear, obligation, conditioning and intuition can become tangled together—and why discernment matters more than blindly following every feeling.
THE OVERRIDE
The ordinary moments when you know what you need or want and begin negotiating yourself out of it.
THE BODY
How your body can become part of the conversation instead of something you ignore while your mind builds another argument.
THE INNER YES
An introduction to the framework I use to help women examine what may be influencing their choices and begin developing a more discerning relationship with their own knowing.
And most importantly:
We’re going to bring this out of theory and into your actual life.
Because self-abandonment rarely announces itself dramatically.
Sometimes it looks like a text message you rewrite six times because you’re terrified of sounding mean.
Sometimes it’s another yes you didn’t mean.
Sometimes it’s staying quiet.
Sometimes it’s explaining a boundary until it barely resembles a boundary anymore.
And sometimes it’s knowing exactly what you want…
and immediately deciding everyone else gets a vote.
This is a live experience.
Throughout our 90 minutes together, I’ll guide you through reflection and experiential practices designed to help you look at your own patterns—not somebody else’s.
You’ll have opportunities to notice where you override yourself, examine what may be underneath those moments, and begin listening differently.
You do not need to share anything publicly that you do not want to share.
You do not need to arrive knowing the answer.
And you certainly do not need to perform healing for the room.
Come as you are.
Bring something to write with.
Bring the thing you keep thinking about.
And bring your willingness to look underneath it.
You’ve done enough self-development to understand many of your patterns—but understanding them hasn’t necessarily stopped them.
You’re good at knowing what everyone else needs and surprisingly uncomfortable answering the same question for yourself.
You struggle to distinguish intuition from fear, obligation or old conditioning.
You find yourself over-explaining boundaries.
You know something in your life wants to change, but you keep waiting to feel completely certain before you move.
You’ve become tired of asking everyone else to validate something you already know.
Or maybe you can’t explain it quite that neatly.
You just know something in you has been getting louder.
Good.
Let’s listen.

I’m Christi Jernegan—psychic medium, generational healer, intuition development coach, speaker, best-selling author and creator of The Inner Yes Method™.
Before this work, I was an investigator.
I was professionally trained to look beneath what was being presented—to notice patterns, ask better questions and understand that the obvious explanation isn’t always the whole story.
I never really stopped investigating. I just changed what I was looking for.
Today, my work brings together generational pattern exploration, nervous-system awareness, somatic practices and intuition development.
I believe science and metaphysics can sit at the same table without either pretending to be the other.
I believe intuition deserves discernment.
And I believe there comes a point when understanding why you abandon yourself is no longer enough.
You have to practice staying.
That’s the work I’m inviting you into.

At the end of our time together, I’ll tell you about an opportunity to continue this work with me.
If you recognize that what we uncover deserves more than 90 minutes, I’ll explain the next step into my deeper work and how you can explore whether it’s right for you.
There is no requirement to continue.
But I’m also not going to pretend The Siren’s Call is designed to solve every pattern you’ve spent years practicing.
Recognition is the beginning.
What you do with what you recognize is where things get interesting.
Maybe not every answer.
Maybe not exactly what comes next.
But there is something you have been hearing.
A boundary.
A desire.
A truth.
A no.
A yes.
A version of your life that keeps tapping you on the shoulder while you keep finding very reasonable reasons not to turn around.
I’m not going to tell you what it’s saying.
The Siren is calling.
The question is whether you’re ready to answer.
